Douglas Smith was last seen in the area of 115 South Broadway in Yonkers on Wednesday, May 22, Yonkers Police announced on Thursday morning, May 23.
According to the department, Smith suffers from dementia and was last seen wearing a dark blue sweater, dark jeans, and white sneakers.
He is described as a Black man who is 5-foot-10 and weighs 135 pounds.
